প্রিয় পাঠক, আসসালামু আলাইকুম। ছুটিবিধির এ পোস্টে আপনাকে স্বাগত জানাচ্ছি। কর্মক্ষেত্রে নিয়মিত উপস্থিতি সংক্রান্ত বিধিমালা জানা না থাকার কারনে অনেক সরকারি কর্মচারিকে বিভিন্ন সময়ে নানা ধরনের সমস্যায় পড়তে হয়। তাই সকল সরকারি কর্মচারির ছুটি বিধি সম্পর্কে ধারনা থাকা আবশ্যক। ছুটি সম্পর্কিত নিয়মাবলি The Prescribed Leave Rules, 1959. Fundamental Rules, Bangladesh Service Rules  এবং সময় সময়ে সরকার

কর্তৃক আদেশ দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত হয়। উক্ত বিধিমালা ও বিভিন্ন আদেশের আওতায় বিভিন্ন প্রকার ছুটির বিভিন্ন ধরনের বিধি-বিধান রয়েছে। নিম্নে The Prescribed Leave Rules, 1959, Fundamental Rules, Bangladesh Service Rules সহ বিভিন্ন ধরনের ছুটি নিয়ে আলোচনা করা হলো।

নির্ধারিত ছুটি বিধিমালা, ১৯৫৯ [সর্বশেষ সংশোধনীসহ]
(নির্ধারিত ছুটি বিধিমালা, ১৯৫৯ ফাইন্যান্স (অডিট) ডিপার্টমেন্টের লিভ এণ্ড এলাউন্স সেকশনের নোটিফিকেশন নং (এফ,এ) ৩১- ৯৬/৫৯/২১২ তারিখ : ২রা অক্টোবর, ১৯৫৯-এর মাধ্যমে জারি করা হয় । পরবর্তী পর্যায়ে নোটিফিকেশন নং আর-৩/৩১-৩//৬৩/৩৩৭ তারিখ : ১৯শে আগস্ট, ১৯৬৫-এর মাধ্যমে ৯নং বিধির ৩নং উপবিধির অনুচ্ছেদ ২-এর উপ-অনুচ্ছেদ (এ) তে এবং নোটিফিকেশন নং এম এফ/আর-২/মিস/৭৩ (২১২) তারিখঃ ২৬/১২/১৯৭৩-এর মাধ্যশে ৩নং বিধিতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সংশোধনী আনা হয় ।)
বিধি -১ ( সংক্ষিপ্ত শিরোনাম, প্রারম্ভ ও প্রয়োগ )
(১) এই বিধিমালা নির্ধারিত ছুটি বিধিমালা, ১৯৫৯ নামে অভিহিত হইবে ।
(২) ইহা তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে বলবত হইবে এবং ইহা ১৯৫৯ সালের ১লা জুলাই হইতে কার্যকর হইয়াছে বলিয়া গণ্য হইবে ।
(৩) ১লা জুলাই, ১৯৫৯ তারিখে অথবা তৎপরবর্তী সময়ে সরকারী চাকুরীতে নিয়োজিত সকল সরকারী কর্মচারীদের উপর এই বিধি প্রযোজ্য হইবে ।
বিধি - ২( অপশন ) প্রয়োগ নাই ।
বিধি -৩ (গড় বেতনে ও অর্ধ গড় বেতনে ছুটি )
(১) স্থায়ী সরকারী কর্মচারী-
টীকা  (এ) (i) (ii) (iii) এবং (বি) অনুচ্ছেদসমূহ স্মারক নং MF/RII/Misc/73 (212) তারিখ ঃ ২৬/১২/১৯৭৩ দ্বারা বাতিল করা হইয়াছে ।
    (i) কর্মকালীন সময়ে ১১ ভাগের ১ ভাগ হারে গড় বেতনে ছুটি অর্জিত হইবে এবং সর্বাধিক চার মাস পর্যন্ত এইভাবে জমা হইবে । চার মাসের অতিরিক্ত অর্জনকৃত ছুটি 'ছুটি হিসাব'-এর পৃথক আইটেমে জমা হইবে । পৃথক আইটেমে জমাকৃত ছুটি হইতে মেডিকেল সার্টিফিকেটের ভিত্তিতে অথবা তীর্থযাত্রার, শিক্ষার অথবা বাংলাদেশ, বার্মা, শ্রীলংকা ও ভারতের বাহিরে শ্রান্তি ও বিনোদনের উদ্দেশ্যে গড় বেতনে ছুটি মঞ্জুর করা যাইবে ।
    (ii) গড় বেতনে ছুটি এককালীন চার মাসের অধিক ভোগ করা যাইবে না । তবে মেডিকেল সার্টিফিকেটের ভিত্তিতে অথবা তীর্থযাত্রার, শিক্ষার বা বাংলাদেশ, বার্মা, শ্রীলংকা ও ভারতের বাহিরে শ্রান্তি ও বিনোদনের উদ্দেশ্যে চার মাসের অতিরিক্ত ছুটি ভোগের ক্ষেত্রে এই সীমা ছয় মাসে বর্ধিত করা যাইবে ।
    (iii) কর্মকালীন সময়ের ১২ ভাগের ১ ভাগ হারে অর্ধ গড় বেতনে ছুটি অর্জিত হইবে এবং সীমাহীনভাবে ইহা জমা হইবে । মেডিকেল সার্টিফিকেট দাখিল করা হইলে, এই অর্ধ গড় বেতনের ছুটিকে সর্বাধিক বার মাস পর্যন্ত গড় বেতনের ছুটিতে রূপান্তর করা যাইবে । প্রতি দুই দিন অর্ধ গড় বেতনের ছুটির পরিবর্তে একদিন গড় বেতনের ছুটি, এই হারে ছুটির রূপান্তর করিতে হইবে ।

বিভিন্ন প্রকারের ছুটি:

ছুটি সম্পর্কিত নিয়মাবলি The Prescribed Leave Rules 1959, Fundamental Rules, Bangladesh Service Rules এবং সময়ে সময়ে সরকার কর্তৃক জারিকৃত আদেশ দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত হয়। উক্ত বিধিমালা ও বিভিন্ন আদেশের আওতায় নিম্নোক্ত প্রকার ছুটির বিধান রয়েছে।

(ক) কোন সরকারি কর্মচারি নিম্নবর্ণিত যে কোন ধরণের ছুটি প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে পাবেন, যথাঃ

(১) অজির্ত ছুটি (Earned Leave)

(২) অধ্যয়ন ছুটি (Study Leave) 

(৩) প্রসূতি ছুটি (Maternity Leave)

(৪) চিকিৎসালয় ছুটি (Hospital Leave) 

(৫) বিশেষ অসুস্থতাজনিত ছুটি (Special sick leave)

(৬) অবসর গ্রহণের জন্য প্রস্ত্ততিমূলক ছুটি (PRL):

(৭) বিনা বেতনে ছুটি (Leave without pay)

(৮) নৈমিত্তিক ছুটি (Casual Leave)

(৯) শ্রান্তি বিনোদন ছুটি (Rest and recreation leave)

(১০) ঐট্ছিক ছুটি (Optional leave)

(১১) সাধারন ছুটি (Public holiday)

(১২) নির্বাহী আদেশে ছুটি (Government holiday)

এক সাথে প্রদানযোগ্যে সবোর্চ্চ ছুটি:

এক সাথে সবের্বাচ্চ এক বৎসর পর্যন্ত ছুটি নেওয়া যাবে, তবে মেডিকেল প্রত্যায়নপত্র সাপেক্ষে এ ছুটির পরিমাণ দুবৎসর পর্যন্ত বর্ধত করা যেতে পারে।

প্রাপ্যতাবিহীন ছুটি (Leave not due): 

১) ডাক্তারী সার্টিফিকেট দ্বারা সমর্থিত হইলে, কোন কর্মচারীকে তাহার সমগ্র চাকুরী জীবনে সর্বোচ্চ বার মাস পর্যন্ত এবং অন্য কোন কারণে হইলে, তিন মাস পর্যন্ত অর্ধ বেতনে ছুটি মঞ্জুর করা যাইতে পারে।

(২) যখন কোন কর্মচারী তাহার ছুটি পাওনা হওয়ার পূর্বেই প্রাপ্যতাবিহীন ছুটি ভোগ করিয়া ফিরিয়া আসেন তখন তিনি পূর্বেই যে ছুটি ভোগ করিয়াছেন সেই ছুটি অর্জিত না হওয়া পর্যন্ত নূতনভাবে গড় অর্ধ বেতনে কোন ছুটি পাইবার অধিকারী হইবেন না।

অসাধারণ ছুটি (Extraordinary Leave): 

(১) যখন কোন কর্মচারীর অন্য কোন ছুটি পাওনা না থাকে বা অন্য প্রকার কোন ছুটি পাওনা থাকে অথচ সংশিলষ্ট কর্মচারী লিখিতভাবে অস্বাভাবিক ছুটির জন্য আবেদন করেন তখন তাহাকে অসাধারণ ছুটি মঞ্জুর করা যাইতে পারে।

(২) অসাধারণ ছুটির মেয়াদ একবারে তিন মাসের অধিক হইবে না, তবে নিম্ন বর্ণিত ক্ষেত্রে উক্ত ছুটির মেয়াদ বর্ধিত করা যাইতে পারে,

(ক) যে ক্ষেত্রে সংশিলষ্ট কর্মচারী এই শর্তে বিদেশে প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণের অনুমতি প্রাপ্ত হন যে, উক্ত প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণের পরে পাঁচ বৎসরের জন্য তিনি ………………………………………… এ চাকুরী করিবেন, অথবা

(খ) যে ক্ষেত্রে সংশিলষ্ট কর্মচারী চিকিৎসাধীন থাকেন; অথবা

(গ) যে ক্ষেত্রে …………………………………. এই মর্মে সন্তুষ্ট হয় যে, কর্মচারী তাহার নিয়ন্ত্রণ বহির্ভূত কারণে কর্তব্যে যোগদান করিতে অসমর্থ।

(৩) ছুটি মঞ্জুর করার ক্ষমতা সম্পন্ন কর্তৃপক্ষ কোন কর্মচারীর বিনা ছুটিতে অনুপস্থিতির সময়কে ভূতাপেক্ষ কার্যকরতাসহ অসাধারণ ছুটিতে রূপান্তরিত করিতে পারেন।

বিশেষ অক্ষমতাজনিত ছুটি (Special Disability Leave):

(১) কোন কর্মচারী তাঁহার যথাযথ কর্তব্য পালনকালে বা উহা পালনের পরিণতিতে অথবা তাঁহার পদে অধিষ্ঠিত থাকিবার কারণে আঘাতপ্রাপ্ত হইয়া অক্ষম হইলে, ………………………………..তাঁহাকে বিশেষ অক্ষমতা ছুটি মঞ্জুর করিতে পারে।

(২) যে অক্ষমতার কারণে অক্ষমতাজনিত ছুটি চাওয়া হয় সেই অক্ষমতা তিন মাসের মধ্যে প্রকাশ না পাইলে এবং যে ব্যক্তি অক্ষম হন, সেই ব্যক্তি অনুরূপ অক্ষমতার কারণে অবিলম্বে …………. কে অবহিত না করিলে, বিশেষ অক্ষমতাজনিত ছুটি মঞ্জুর করা হইবে না।

(৩) যে মেয়াদের জন্য বিশেষ অক্ষমতাজনিত ছুটি প্রয়োজনীয় বলিয়া চিকিৎসা পরিষদ প্রত্যায়ন করিবে সেই মেয়াদের জন্য বিশেষ অক্ষমতাজনিত ছুটি মঞ্জুর করা হইবে, এবং চিকিৎসা পরিষদের প্রত্যায়ন ব্যতিরেকে তাহা বর্ধিত করা হইবে না; এবং উক্ত ছুটি কোন ক্রমেই ২৪ মাসের অধিক হইবে না।

(৪) বিশেষ অক্ষমতাজনিত ছুটি অন্য যে কোন ছুটির সংগে সংযুক্ত করা যাইতে পারে।

(৫) যদি একই ধরণের অবস্থায় পরবর্তীকালে কোন সময় অক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি পায় বা উহার পুনরাবৃত্তি ঘটে, তাহা হইলে একাধিকবার বিশেষ অক্ষমতাজনিত ছুটি মঞ্জুর করা যাইবে, তবে অনুরূপ ছুটির পরিমাণ ২৪ মাসের অধিক হইবে না এবং তাহা যে কোন একটি অক্ষমতার কারণে মঞ্জুর করা যাইবে।

(৬) শুধুমাত্র আনুতোষিকের এবং যে ক্ষেত্রে অবসর ভাতা প্রাপ্য হয় সেক্ষেত্রে অবসর ভাতার ব্যাপারে চাকুরী হিসাব করিবার সময় বিশেষ অক্ষমতাজনিত ছুটি কর্তব্য পালনের সময় হিসাবে গণনা করা হইবে এবং ইহা ছুটির হিসাব হইতে বিয়োজন করা হইবে না।

(৭) বিশেষ অক্ষমতাজনিত ছুটিকালীন বেতন হইবে নিম্নরূপ যথাঃ¾

(ক) উপরিউক্ত উপ-প্রবিধান (৫) এর অধীনে মঞ্জুরকৃত ছুটির মেয়াদসহ যে কোন মেয়াদের ছুটির প্রথম চার মাসের জন্য পূর্ণ বেতন; এবং

(খ) এইরূপ কোন ছুটির অবশিষ্ট মেয়াদের জন্য অর্ধ বেতন।

(৮) এই প্রবিধানের অন্যান্য বিধানসমূহের প্রযোজ্যতা এমন কর্মচারীর ক্ষেত্রেও সম্প্রসারিত করা যাইতে পারে যিনি তাহার যথাযথ কর্তব্য পালনকালে বা উহা পালনের পরিণতিতে অথবা তাঁহার পদে অধিষ্ঠিত থাকিবার কারণে, দুর্ঘটনাবশতঃ আঘাতপ্রাপ্ত হইয়াছেন অথবা যিনি নির্দিষ্ট কোন কর্তব্য পালনকালে তাঁহার পদের স্বাভাবিক ঝুকি বহির্ভূত অসুস্থতা বা জখম বাড়াইয়া তোলার সম্ভাবনা থাকে এইরূপ অসুস্থতার দরচণ অক্ষম হইয়াছেন।

As usual, I’m overly excited to introduce to you my next guest for this week’s interview series. I’ll start by sharing how I got to know him. It was last year when I read about a foreign freelancer working on the pristine shores of Boracay. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I heard his name again through the freelance grapevine. His Croatian surname stuck with me so, I did some googling and pulled up his oDesk profile. Whoa, this guy was charging $100 per hour. Then I found him on Facebook and was surprised that he was down to earth and uber friendly! Friends, meet banner bukers and discover some amazing advice on how to increase your rates and make a profitable living as a freelancer.

You have been featured in several elite blogs. Can you briefly share to our readers why you decided to ditch the corporate life and live the digital nomad lifestyle?

It corresponded to my success on oDesk. I had just landed a financial client, full-time, at $35/hr. This was going on for a few months and I realized suddenly I had a lot of money (by doing spreadsheets!!). Earning between $4,000-5,000 per month in Croatia was, and still is, a lot of money. At that time, I was also reading a copy of “The Art of Non-Conformity” by Chris Guillebeau. I was fascinated with the chapter about remote work. I felt this was exactly something I could do, and oDesk was there to provide that opportunity. I all happened at the same time, and I just took the leap. I packed all my stuff in boxes, canceled the apartment, and permanently left Zagreb in December of 2011.

Congratulations on becoming a member of the prestigious All-star Freelancer Gold club. I have to ask, how much were you charging back in 2010 and how did you manage to increase it to your current hourly rate of $100?

Thank you! When you’re new and inexperienced, you just pick a number, and learn more project by project. My starting hourly rate was $11.11. I was completely petrified when I asked my new client about a raise, and it was approved at $13. I grew so much more since then!

Increasing the fee has always corresponded with requests for new projects, versus my availability. I always appreciated invites for new projects, even when I was busy. Just in order not to say no, I would still take on new clients, but I would assign them a higher hourly fee than the one used previously.
Some of the more significant rate jumps that I can recall are: $15, $17, $25, $35, $75, $100, $135 and $150/hr. In fact, I spent more than a year working at $100/hr+ rates. Obviously at a certain point, you hit a limit of what an hourly can do, but I still play with it, and adjust as I go along.
It’s not just about increasing the rate without a case in point. I’ve been working tirelessly on clarifying my service offering, improving my skills as well, because you do somehow need to justify the high expectations of the high-end clients, and keep delivering on the promise.
It wasn’t all glaring success though. The more you work, there will be chances you will run into a few rotten apples, or times when your budget is tight.

I’m sure you will agree with me that being freelancer has its challenges. What’s one piece of advice you wish you had known when you were starting out?

Over the years, I’ve invested a lot of time in sales. I wish I had invested equally in marketing, and scaled my processes better. As a freelancer, it’s really important to diversify on your streams of income, and to get some passive income out as well. Obviously, I’m still not as good as it appears on the surface, because I still haven’t scaled a profitable business (agency). I hope it comes with time. I’m sure Philippines will play a big part of it.

I think you guys don’t realise how well you have it made. For solo freelancers, I think you seriously need to consider tripling or maybe even quadrupling your rates. I just can’t figure out why a 10,000+ hour freelancer with experience still charges $9/hr? Do you guys not consider that the biggest paying clients in the developed world don’t pay in peso, but in dollars? For professionals, it’s really important to stop putting themselves into the ‘cheap’ bucket with everyone else.
Of course, raising the rate by itself is useless, unless you also add more value to the service you’re providing. So you also need to think about how to do that; I think one key to that is to stop being a generalist, but a specialist.

Any last advice you can share to those who are just starting out in freelancing?

With so many newcomers coming to the platform every day, and other more experienced freelancers already well established, it is more difficult than ever to get work. My advice to them would be:

• Don’t get discouraged with the number of other contractors that may be applying for the same job. It’s actually completely irrelevant.
• If you’re completely new, give yourself a big enough window of opportunity to try and get into freelancing. I’d say, anywhere up to a few months. Apply to new jobs regularly, few times per week. Be persistent.
• If you’re in doubt, ask for feedback in support groups on Facebook or LinkedIn, or ask for input from other more experienced freelancers.

অনলাইনে পেমেন্ট সিস্টেম: Payza, পেজা (একাউন্ট খোলা - টাকা উঠান)

 Payza,পেজা অন্যতম অনলাইন পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি।এখানে পেজা একাউন্ট সম্পর্কে সংক্ষেপে আলোচনা করা হবে।

একাউন্ট খোলার নিয়ম:

1. পেজার ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ করুন,'Sign-up now' বাটনে ক্লিক করুন
2. একাউন্ট টাইপ সিলেক্ট করুন।(Personal Pro ভালো কারণ Personal Starter এ মাসে ৪০০ ডলার ও বছরে ২০০০ ডলারের বেশি লেনদেন করা যায় না।Personal Pro তে টাকা রিসিভ করতে প্রতি ট্রানজেকশন এ ফি হল ২.৫%+$০.২৫ ডলার আর Personal Starter এ রিসিভ করতে কোন ফি নেই।যে কোন সময়ে একাউন্ট টাইপ পরিবর্তন করা যায়)
3. পরবর্তীতে সাইন আপ ফরম আসবে দুটি ধাপে।সঠিক তথ্য দিয়ে ফরমদুটি পূরণ করুন।(ইমেইলে পাবলিক ইমেইলের পরিবর্তে একটি নতুন ইমেইল দিলে ভাল হয়।তাহলে একাউন্ট হ্যাক হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা নেই)একটি কনফার্মেশন লিঙ্ক ইমেইল এড্রেসে পাঠানো হবে।লিঙ্কটিতে ক্লিক করে একাউন্ট কনফার্ম করুন।

পেজা একাউন্ট তৈরি হয়ে গেল।

পেজা একাউন্ট নম্বর: যে ইমেইল দিয়ে সাইন আপ করবেন সেটি পেজা একাউন্ট নম্বর।

ডিপোজিট:

অনেক সময় অনলাইনে কোন সাইটে পেমেন্ট(পন্য ক্রয়,আপগ্রেড,ইনভেস্ট etc) দিতে পেজাতে ডিপোজিট করতে হয়।কেডিট কার্ড(মাস্টার ও ভিসা),ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার,ব্যাংক ওয়ার ইত্যাদির মাধ্যমে ডিপোজিট করা যায়।কিন্তু দুর্ভাগ্য বাংলাদেশ থেকে ব্যাংকের মাধ্যমে ডিপোজিট করা যায় না।আর কেডিট কার্ড কজনেরই বা আছে।তবে কেডিট কার্ড থাকলে খুব সহজেই ডিপোজিট করা যায়।যাই হোক হতাশ হবার কিছুই নেই।বর্তমানে ফেসবুকে অনেক গ্রুপ বা পেজ আছে যেখানে ডলার বেচা কেনা হয়।সেখান থেকে ডলার কিনে নিয়ে ডিপোজিট করতে পারবেন।ফেসবুকে সার্চ দিলেই এ রকম গ্রুপ পাওয়া যাবে।

পেজা একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই:

পেজা থেকে সকল সুবিধা পেতে একাউন্টটি ভেরিফাই করতে হবে।ভেরিফাই করতে-

1. একাউন্টে লগ ইন করুন
2. Profile এ ক্লিক করুন
3. Account Verification সিলেক্ট করুন।এখানে দুটি অপশন থাকবে।যেকোন একটির মাধ্যমে ভেরিফাই করা যাবে।

·  Option A-Document Validation Option :এ এখন কিভাবে Payza একাউন্ট ভেরিফিকেশন করবেন:
Document Validation পদ্ধতি ব্যাবহার করে একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই করতে গেলে যা যা লাগবে :
আপনার ন্যাশনাল আইডি কার্ড অথবা পাসপোর্ট অথবা ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্সের স্ক্যান কপি।
আপনার এক মাসের ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্ট ( সর্বচ্চো ছয় মাসের পুরোনো )
আর আপনি যদি Photo ID Validation পদ্ধতি ব্যাবহার করে একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই করতে চাই তাহলে আপনার ন্যাশনাল আইডি কার্ডের সাথে পাসপোর্ট কিংবা ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্সের দরকার হবে।
উল্লেখ্য যে Photo ID Validation পদ্ধতিতে ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্টের কোনো প্রয়োজন নেই।
চলুন দেখা যাক কিভাবে ভেরিফাই করবেন আপনার পেজ একাউন্ট :
আপনার পেজা একাউন্টে লগইন করে উপরে ডান দিকে Verification এ ক্লিক করুন
এখান থেকে আপনার পছন্দের অপশনটি বেছে নিন।
আমি Document Validation অপশনটি বেছে নিলাম।
Photo ID অপশন থেকে যেকোনো একটি অপশন বেছে নিন এবং Choose File থেকে আপনার ডকুমেন্টের স্ক্যান কপিটি সিলেক্ট করুন।
এবার তার নিচে Bank Document এর নিচে Bank Statementএ টিক চিহ্ন দিয়ে ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্টের স্ক্যান কপিটি সিলেক্ট করে দিন।
সবকিছু ঠিক থাকলে Next চাপুন।
আপনার আপলোড করা ডকুমেন্টের প্রিভিউ দেখতে পাবেন।
সবকিছু ঠিক থাকলে সেন্ড অপশনে ক্লিক করে আপনার রিকোয়েস্টটি সেন্ড করুন।
এবার দেখা যাক কিভাবে Photo ID Validation পদ্ধতিতে ভেরিফাই করবেন :
আবার Verification এ গিয়ে Photo ID Validation অপশন সিলেক্ট করুন।
নিচের মত পেজ পাবেন।
Photo ID থেকে আপনার ন্যাশনাল আইডি কার্ড , পাসপোর্ট কিংবা ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্সের স্ক্যান কপিটি সিলেক্ট করে Next চাপুন।
আপনার আপলোড করা ডকুমেন্টের প্রিভিউ দেখতে পাবেন।
সবকিছু ঠিক থাকলে Send অপশনে ক্লিক করে রিকোয়েস্ট সেন্ড করুন।
ভেরিফিকেশন রিকোয়েস্ট দেবার 2-3 দিনের মাঝেই পেজা থেকে রিপ্লাই পাবেন।
পনার আপলোড করা ডকুমেন্ট যদি সঠিক হয় তাহলে পেজা আপনার একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই করে দেবে।
তবে যদি আপনার ভেরিফিকেশন রিকোয়েস্ট একসেপ্ট করা না হয় তাহলে পেজা থেকে আপনাকে জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে কি কারনে আপনার রিকোয়েস্ট একসেপ্ট কয়ার সম্ভব হয়নি।
একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই করার রিকোয়েস্ট একসেপ্ট না হবার কিছু কারন :
আপনার সাবমিট করা ন্যাশনাল আইডি কার্ডের স্ক্যান কপি অস্পষ্ট হলে।
আপনার ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্টে দেয়া নাম বা ঠিকানার সাথে যদি আপনার পেজা একাউন্টের নাম বা ঠিকানা না মেলে।
আপনার সাবমিট করা ডকুমেন্ট ব্রোকেন হলে।

·  Option B-Photo ID Validation :এখানে দুটি ভিন্ন রকমের ফটো আইডির স্কান কপি আপলোড করতে হবে।ন্যাশনাল আইডি,পাসপোর্ট,ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স এই তিনটির যেকোন দুটির স্কান কপি আপলোড করতে হবে।মনে রাখবেন,একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই না হলে পেজা কর্তৃপক্ষ যেকোন সময় আপনার একাউন্ট লিমিট বা লক করে দিতে পারে।

পেজা একাউন্ট থেকে অন্য একাউন্টে যেভাবে টাকা পাঠাবেন:

Send Funds অপশনে ক্লিক করুন।এরপর যাকে পাঠাতে চান তার পেজা ইমেইল,টাকার পরিমাণ,কোন কারেন্সিতে পাঠাতে চান ইত্যাদি লিখে ট্রানজেকশন পিন দিয়ে কনফার্ম করুন।টাকা পাঠানোর সাথে সাথে একটি ইমেইলও পাবেন।

টাকা উঠান (Withdraw) :

বাংলাদেশ থেকে পেজার টাকা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার বা ওয়ার এবং Payza Prepaid Card (visa) এর মাধ্যমে উঠান যায়।যখন টাকা জমা হবে তখন তা উঠাত-

• পেজা একাউন্টে লগ ইন করুন
• Withdraw Funds অপশনে ক্লিক করুন।

যেভাবে উঠাতে পারবেন-

1. Bank Transfer :এই প্রক্রিয়াটি সহজ।খরচ পড়বে ২৪০ টাকা।টাকা ব্যাংকের একাউন্টে যুক্ত হতে ৬ থেকে ৭ দিন লাগতে পারে।
2. Bank Wire :এই প্রক্রিয়ায় খরচ সবচেয়ে বেশি ১৫ ডলার।
3. Payza Prepaid Card :পেজা প্রিপেইড কার্ডের(ভিসা) মাধ্যমে যেসব এটিএম বুথে ভিসা,মাস্টারকার্ড সাপোর্ট করে সেখান থেকে টাকা উঠাতে পারবেন।এজন্য আপনাকে প্রিপেইড কার্ডের অর্ডার দিতে হবে।এজন্য অবশ্যই একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই হতে হবে।এছাড়া আপনার এড্রেসও ভেরিফাই করতে হবে।কার্ড পেতে সব্বোর্চ ৬০ দিন সময় লাগতে পারে ও ফি ১৯.৯৫ ডলার যা একবার লাগবে।
   মাএ ১০ ডলার হলেই কার্ডের মাধ্যমে উইথড্র করা যায় এবং ফি ১ ডলার
